The hotel was fully completed in 2015 and has a reception, a small pool, a restaurant, a pool-bar, a playroom and a conference room. The services offered in Tomas Residence are – Wi-Fi, laundry and ironing, safe, taxi, rent a car, organization of seminars and teambuilding, children playground, free outdoor parking.

Thomas Residence offers accommodation in 15 one-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom apartments, 1 two-bedroom panoramic apartment, 2 studios and 20 doubles rooms with park or sea view located on four floors. All rooms are furnished in pastel colors and according to the needs of the guests, with separate sanitary facilities, terraces with furniture, mini bar, air conditioning, TV and cable TV. The studios and apartments also have a kitchenette, a dining table with chairs and a sofa bed.

Meals are organized buffet style at breakfast, at lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. (for less than 40 people on a pre-selected menu).
