Discounts are ONLY applied to the base bed and breakfast rate.

DEADLINES FOR CANCELLATIONS IN WHICH NO PENALTIES ARE CALCULATED:

– up to 5 days before the check-in date for stays in the periods 26.05 – 08.06 / 25.09 – 30.09.2023.
– up to 7 days before the check-in date for stays in the periods 09.06 – 15.06 / 18.09 – 24.09.2023.
– up to 10 days before the check-in date for stays in the periods 16.06 – 22.06 / 08.09 – 17.09.2023.
– up to 12 days before the check-in date for stays in the periods 23.06 – 29.06 / 28.08 – 07.09.2023.
– up to 14 days before the check-in date for stays in the periods 30.06 – 13.07 / 14.08 – 27.08.2023.
– up to 16 days before the check-in date for stays in the periods 14.07 – 13.08.2023.

Outside of the specified terms, a penalty is due by season as follows:

– Low season 26.05. – 08.06. / 25.09. – 30.09.2023 : Penalty in the amount of 7% of the total value of the reservation
– Promo season 09.06. – 15.06. / 18.09. – 24.09.2023 : Penalty in the amount of 10% of the total value of the reservation
– Average season 16.06. – 22.06. / 08.09. – 17.09.2023 : Penalty in the amount of 20% of the total value of the reservation
– Intermediate season 23.06. – 29.06. / 28.08. – 07.09.2023 : Penalty in the amount of 30% of the total value of the reservation
– High season – 30.06. – 13.07. / 14.08. – 27.08.2023 : Penalty in the amount of 40% of the total value of the reservation
– Top season 14.07. – 13.08.2023 : Penalty in the amount of 50% of the total value of the reservation

In case of no-show or early departure, paid but unused services are not refunded.
In case of force majeure, such as a lockdown – closure of resorts, hotels, cities or a positive Covid-19 (if a test is presented) – that is, only if for these reasons you are unable to use the reservation made, then your deposit will be fully refunded.

Check-in time after 15.00 on the date of arrival.
THE HOTEL OPERATOR does not guarantee accommodation for customers before this time. Early check-in is possible only and only if the occupancy at the relevant time allows it (ie the room has already been vacated, cleaned and disinfected) for a fee of BGN 10 per hour, or if there are promotional conditions in this direction.

Check-out time until 12.00 on the date of departure.
The HOTEL OPERATOR can also allow the rooms to be released at a later time for a fee of BGN 10 per hour, if the occupancy at the relevant time allows it, or if there are promotional conditions in this direction.
